This was a fantastic brief! We were asked to create a stampede of Toyota Hilux trucks to show the power and energy of the new INVISABLE.
Inspired buy the migration of wildebeest we set about building a fully CGI environment which we could populate with the Hilux truck. We wanted to create a natural looking image that made the viewer take a second look.
These are a few images of the world we created. The landscape was digitally sculpt and then populated with CGI trees, rocks and grasses.

We developed a procedural technique which allowed the trucks to be populated across the surface of the land so that each one had its own random movement and direction without colliding with each other.
